I’m trying to cook more and I was delighted with my first attempt at making Pad Thai.

Nice to get a late present today of fudge. So nice.

Tonight I got to enjoy the food from my big food prep yesterday and it was really tasty.

Took some time tonight to cook a nice dinner.

There were some biscuits left over from Saturday so it was nice to have them with some tea.

A lovely evening today with friends and yummy food.
