I have struggled this year trying to keep up postings each day. Probably due to a global pandemic and constant lock downs. Being limited in movement makes trying to keep a blog interesting hard but I’m going to try again to keep this up. Despite everything Christmas is fun so far. I spent the morning driving to pick up Christmas Puddings from a friend and in the afternoon a cold walk along the seafront where I also bumped into a couple of friends as well. All in all a nice day.
There is so much talk today about Ireland moving back into a lockdown which would mean once again being forced to live within 5km of my front door. A total nightmare so today I chose to go to the seaside for a walk and to enjoy a coffee at one of my favourite coffee shops. If the lockdown comes, I will deal with it but in the meantime I shall enjoy the little freedoms we still continue to have living with level 3 restrictions.
Today I headed off for a stroll along Dun Laoghaire Pier. It was still very cold and windy but at least bright and sunny.
I met up with friends tonight and had a lovely walk along the pier in Dun Laoghaire. It was a lovely way to spend the Summer Solstice.
In between everything I had to do today, I managed to get 5 mins at the seaside.
Today is my last day in Candolim and I will miss these views and the total chill out zone of the guesthouse.
Nice getting out today for a long walk and fresh air by the sea.
I wasn’t the only one enjoying a lovely Summer’s evening tonight.
Lovely night for a photo walk by the Sea.
