Today I spent the day learning how to ferment. It was a really interesting day but I feel that I still have more to learn.
After a long week at work it was nice to finish the working week with a pizza.
I’m back after a very long time and hopefully I can now continue a little more regularly. Sharing tonight my breakfast prep with a little overnight oats which will be ready for breakfast in the morning.
Dawna always becomes very interested in me when she wants food 🙂
Not much happened today. Work and then a nice stirfry for dinner.
It was my boyfriends birthday today so lots of nice food and I forgot to take a picture. I instead got a photo from the still life course I’m taking instead.
I think if there was no bread in the world I would be stick thin. So with the start of a new month I have decided not to eat bread for February. Let’s see how long it lasts.
Nice to get a late present today of fudge. So nice.
Today was a typical Monday which meant no time for anything else other than work. Therefore, only photo taken today was of Dawna grabbing the attention for food.
During the Covid-19 Lockdown our local deli started a pop up dinner night on a Wednesday. It has become our mid week treat along with a glass of red wine.
