Busy at work sees me not moving too much during the week. I need to try to change that.

I barely moved from the desk today. I need to start increasing my activity again.

Today I got a nice new strap for my Fitbit.

Great day today getting steps in.

I’m on a bit of a health kick at the moment so it was nice to see the Fitbit tell me I was a champ 🙂
