Today I may have gone a little over the top with the parmesan but the dinner was very tasty.

It seems that we have started our own Wicklow cheese mountain.

Lovely to have a friend here for the weekend and we also got the added bonus of lovely Dutch treats.

Cheese and cake on offer tonight at a party. For me the only choice was cheese.
